2 lb ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 4 oz can mushrooms
ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup of ketchup. Bake in a loaf pan 350º for 50 mins, top with more ketchup.
