green onions
tomatoes
2 6oz cans water chestnuts
1 14 oz bag frozen baby peas
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled

Dressing
1 tbsp creamy peppercorn dressing mix
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
Directions:
Directions:
mix the dressing mix w/water & set aside. Layer salad ingredients in above order. whisk in the sour cream and the mayo until smooth, serve dressing on the side.

I doubled the dressing recipe, i didn't think that the above was enough and we ate almost all of it so, i'll probably double again in the future.
