4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Vegtable Oil
1 can (16 ounces) Pumpkin
2 cups Gold Metal all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ ground cloves
½ cup rasins (optional)
½ cup chopped nuts

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Powdered Sugar

Gradually beat sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and margarine until frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.

Directions:

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin.
Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan (15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1 inch)
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake until light brown 25-30 minutes.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (below), sprinkle with nuts.
Cut into bars, about 2 x 1-3/4 inches.
Refrigerate any remaining bars.
