1 C. flour
1\2 C. butter
1/2 C. chopped nuts

2 pkgs instant pistachio pudding
5 C. milk
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 C. powder sugar
2 9 oz cool whip
2 pkg instant choc. pudding
Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: flour, butter and chopped nuts

Mix and grease into 9X12 pan. Bake at 350º 10-15 minutes. Cool.

2nd layer: 2 pkgs pistachio pudding and 2 1/2 C.milk.

3rd layer: 1 8 oz cream cheese and 1 C. powdered sugar.
Beat these together and add one cool whip.

4th layer: 2 pkg instant choc. pudding and 2 1/2 C. milk

5th layer: Spread another coolwhip and top with chopped nuts.
