1/2 lb. (2 sticks) Margarine or butter, softened
1 C. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. All-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 C. oats, quick cooking or old fashioned
1 C. craisins or raisins
1 C. sunseeds, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
