1 qt. oysters and liquid
2 c. milk
2 T. butter
2 c. cream
salt
pepper
celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Completely cover bottom and sides of pan with cut onion and cut garlic. Heat oysters and liquid in saucepan with butter until oysters are plump and the edges curl. Remove from pan.
Scald milk and cream but DO NOT boil. Combine oysters and milk. Add salt, pepper and celery salt to taste. Serves 6-8.
