3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form when beaters are slowly raised.
2. Gradually add sugar to whites, beating continually at high speed.
3. Fold in baking powder and crumbs. Add vanilla extract and pecans.
4. Turn mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan, spreading out to edge.
5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overbake.
6. Pie will make its own crust. May be topped with whipped cream, if desired. Cut into wedges when cool.
