Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oleo, melted and cooled

Filling:
2 cups sugar
4 T flour
4 eggs
8 T lemon juice
grated lemon rind of one lemon
powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients. Press into a 10x13 pan (aluminum). Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind together. Pour over baked crust and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove from oven & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
