Ingredients:  
Swedish Almond Brownies 325º 30-35 minutes

1 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted.
4 Eggs - lightly beaten.
2 Cups Sugar.
1/8 teas. Salt.
2 Cups Flour.
2 teas. Almond Extract or Flavoring.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. (let the butter cool slightly or when you add the eggs you might get scrambled eggs!)
Pour into a 9"x13" buttered pan.
Sprinkle top with Sliced Almonds then with
approximately 1 Tablespoon of Sugar (shake around to cover surface)
Bake until toothpick comes out clean
Cool covered for moister brownies, Store covered

optional topping: replace the sliced almonds and sugar with a powdered sugar glaze/frosting made with almond extract and milk and of course powdered sugar.
