3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup raw carrots, grated
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased and floured 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan and bake in moderate overn at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool five minutes before removing from pan, then leave on cake rake till completely cooled.
