1 ½ lbs. of ground beef
1 ½ lbs. of pork
5 large onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (3¼ oz) can sauerkraut
2 (8 oz) cans mushrooms
5 roughly chopped sweet pickles
1 (12 oz) bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce or an equivalent amount of ketchup and vegetable broth (2 quarts made from 4 vegetable bouillon cubes)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 (8 oz) heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground beef and pork with onions and olive oil in a soup pot until brown.

Add cans of sauerkraut and mushrooms (with their liquids) and add chopped sweet pickles.

Add entire 12 oz bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce or add equivalent amount of ketchup and vegetable broth (2 quarts made from 4 vegetable bouillon cubes).

Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add heavy cream & cook for one more minute.
