Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crescent Rolls (each package will make two sandwiches
broccoli (cut in small florets)
Ham (small chunks or cubes)
mozzarella and swiss cheese (shredded) (or your favorite cheese)
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 egg (beaten)
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Open crescent rolls, unroll dough and separate into four rectangles. To make each sandwich, place one rectangle on a greased cookie sheet (dark-coated baking sheet do not work as well as the bottoms brown too much.) With fingers, gently press diagonal seam together to make one solid piece. Place broccoli florets, ham and cheese in a heap on top of dough, leaving about a half inch from the outside edge. Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Take a second rectangle of dough, this time gently separating the diagonal slit in the middle but still leave the corners connected. Lay this piece over the top of the mixture matching up the corners. You will need to stretch the dough, leaving the diagonal across the top open in order to get the corners to meet. With a fork, press the edges of the top and the bottom dough together. Be sure not to make the edges too thin as they will brown too quickly. Continue making the other sandwiches as needed. Brush the tops of each sandwich with egg and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 º until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
