1 box (8oz) Orzo pasta
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 can (20 oz) chunk pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 small jar mandicino cherries
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 bag small marshmallows (colored once are neat looking)
1 - 12 oz cool whip

Directions:

Boil pasta, rinse, drain, cool. Mix 1 3/4 cups juice (pineapple) and water, sugar, eggs in pan. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Cool; then mix with pasta leave in fridge over night. Next morning add fruit, marshmallows and cool whip. Enjoy!
