1 bag (at least 24 oz) hash browns potatoes
1 t. season salt
2 c. sharp cheese diced
6 eggs
1 c. margarine
2 c. Swiss cheese diced
2 c. diced ham, bacon, or sausage
2 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns and spread in a greased 9X13 pan. Melt margarine and pour over the hash browns. Bake at 350º - 375º for 20 minutes. Add cream to eggs and beat up then pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with the rest of the ingredients. Bake 350º - 375º for 45 minutes.
