Ingredients:  
sliced squash (as many as you need)
salt
2 onions
butter
spices (what ever ones sound good)
3 to 4 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash, sprinkle with salt set for 1 hour.
Rinse and drain squash. Saute onions in butter, and spices if desired. Layer ingredients in 13 x 9 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350º, broil to brown.
