Cake:
2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 c regular Pepsi
1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp Pepsi
I lb powdered sugar
1 cup walnuts

Directions:

For cake, in large bowl mix flour and sugar. Set aside. In pan melt 2 sticks margarine, 2 Tbsp cocoa and 1 c Pepsi. Just bring to a boil and let cool a bit. Mix melted mixture into flour and sugar. Add other ingredients in order, buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
For icing, in a pan melt (do not boil) 1 stick margarine, 3 Tbsp cocoa and 6 Tbsp Pepsi. In a large bowl, mix (with beater) above mixture to powdered sugar. Hand mix in nuts. Spread on cake while warm.
