3-4 cubed potatoes
1 large onion, diced
1 can corn beef
2-3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter. Add diced potatoes. Cook on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Add onion and continue cooking on medium/low until potato and onions are fully cooked. Add corn beef and stirring frequently, heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This is an inexpensive dish Grandma Barbara taught me.
Delicious served with sliced tomatoes.
