Cake:
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp oil
1 c milk
2 cups sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Icing:
9 oz peanut butter
1 Tbsp butter (or enough to make PB spreadable)
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1 tsp oil

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients set aside. In mixer beat eggs together with sugar. Add oil. Slowly add dry and mix. Mix in milk, pour batter into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 º for 35 min. For icing, in a double boiler, melt peanut butter and butter till smooth. Pour and spread over cool cake. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour. Again in the double boiler, melt chocolate chips with oil until smooth. Pour and spread over cooled cake and peanut butter. Refrigerate before cutting.
