1 small pkg. lime jello
2 cups boiling water
16 marshmallows, cut up
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small pkg. cherry jello
2 cups hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over lime jello, marshmallows and cream cheese. Stir until dissolved. Let cool, but not set. Beat 1 cup of cream and season with sugar and vanilla. Add drained pineapple. Stir into above mixture.
Dissolve cherry jello in 2 cups of hot water. When partially set, pour over above salad mixture.
