Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package boneless chicken breast
2 cups italian style bread crumbs
1 cup flour
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in deep frying pan on stovetop. You will need 3 separate bowls. Place bread crumbs in one bowl. Place flour and parmesan cheese in one bowl, mix well. Mix egg and milk in one bowl. Dredge 1 piece of chicken in flour mixture; then egg mixture; then bread crumbs. Repeat until all chicken has been dredged. Carefully place chicken in heated olive oil and cook until juices are no longer pink. Chicken should be golden brown in color, about 5 minutes per side. This is a healthier version of chicken nuggets/tenders. The kids love this meal! It can also be substituted with fresh fish filet as well. Enjoy!
