Ingredients:  
1 lb. crab, picked and cleaned or 1 lb. chicken of the sea lump crab
6 small green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T. horseradish
1/3 cup sour cream
juice of a small lemon
1 tsp.. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne

Directions:

Stir all the ingredients together and then fold in the crab.
Chill at least 8 hrs for flavors to blend. Serve with crackers
