8 1/2 to 9 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 pkg dry yeast
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups old fashioned oat meal
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups flour, salt, and yeast together. Combine water, milk, butter, and molasses to gether and heat until warm. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs, oatmeal, and 1 cup flour. Beat another 2 minutes.. Stir in additional flour to make a stiff dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and add pecans. Divide into three sections and place in three greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise for about an hour or until doubled. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until done.
