1/2 cup onion chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
13 oz can creamed corn
1 cup water
1 tsp poultry seasoning
pinch thyme
8 oz prepared stuffing mix
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add corn, water, seasoning and bring to a boil. Pour over bred stuffing and mix. Add egg yolks and shape into 12 balls. Put in a shallow pan and pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over the top. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
