3 oz cream cheese
1/4 lb very sharp cheddar cheese
1 loaf bread, cut into 1" cubes
1 stick margarine
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheeses and butter. Remove from heat and fold in egg whites. Dipt bread cubes in mix and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Chill overnight or freeze. If frozen, let defrost 1/2 hour before baking. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400º.
