1 lb. Italian sausage cut into chunks
2 T. water
2 large bell peppers cut into strips
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can 11 oz. Campbell zesty tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tsp. vinegar
Rice-enough for your family

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Sausage in 2 tsp. water 5 minutes-then brown on all sides. Add green peppers, onions, and garlic to sausage. Cook until peppers are done. Stir in soup, 1 cup water and vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cook rice. Serve sausage and peppers over rice.
