1 lb. smoked sausage cut into 2 inch pieces
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 10 1/2 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 cup water 1 tbsp. worchershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 stalk celery chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover skillet and bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
