1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 can w.k. corn
2 chopped onions
4 jalapeņo peppers
1 cup sweet milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and meal pan set aside. Brown meat with onions and peppers. Add cheese. Mix meal, eggs (beaten eggs), milk, oil, and corn. Pour half meal mixture in pan. Pour meat mixture on top. Add remaining meal mixture.
