2 (8oz)pks of cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 squares white baking chocolate
1 chocolate flavored pie crust
3 tbsp raspberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
MIX cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer. Add eggs and mix. Soften white choc. in microwave and add to mixture.

POUR mixture into pie crust. Microwave raspberry preserves 15 sec. or until melted. Use a spoon to dot preserves onto the cheese cake. Cut through the surface with a butter knife to create a marbled look.

BAKE at 350º for 35 to 40 min. or until the center is almost set. Refrigerate a minimum of hrs.
