3 quarts chicken broth
2 cups uncooked rice
1 large chicken breast
escarole
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
mini meatballs
soup pizza

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs. Make soup pizza. Cook rice. Cook chicken. Cook and chop escarole.

In a large pot heat chicken broth. Add escarole. Shred chicken and mix with eggs and Parmesan cheese. When soup boils, put in meatballs and chicken mixture at one. Turn off heat, while soup is still warm add pizza.
