1 1/2 c sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c water
1 pint jar of marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped nuts or chopped candied fruit
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water. Place marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Continue stirring until slightly stiff (holds a peak). Fold in nuts or candied fruit and vanilla. Drop from spoon on waxed paper or spread into a buttered baking pan; Cool and cut into squares.
