Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Loaf of white very thin bread (Pepperidge Farm White Thin Bread)
2 tsp McCormick orange peel (you can add more if you like)
2 sticks Soft butter
1 cup Sugar
Cinnamon sugar, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a bowl. Take the crust off the bread, spread the mixture on each slice of bread. Then you cut them into 3 slices, to make the strips. Spray the cookie sheet, then put the strips on the sheet close together so you can do a lot at a time. Put in oven at 350º for about 45 minutes. But every oven is different. So keep an eye on them. You don't want them really dark, just a light brown. You will have to adjust cooking time to your preference.
