For 2 lb. loaf:

1 1/2 cups water (at 80 degrees F)
3 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
3 tbsp molasses
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp dry milk
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp gluten
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
(2 3/4 tsp yeast, if you are selecting the rapid course on your bread machine)

Directions:

Make sure all ingredients except water are at room temperature.

Add all ingredients in precisely the order listed. Be sure to measure carefully and accurately for best results.

Follow instructions for bread machine.

FWIW: This recipe came with my Breadman Pro bread machine.

I love this recipe -- it is great every time. If I have time, I like to grind my wheat just before making it, so all of the nutrients make it to the bread. But for convenience in real life, you can grind a batch of wheat and keep the flour in the fridge and it will be good for a good long time.
