Ingredients:
Crust: 1 roll of sugar cookie dough. Cut into 1/8 inch slices, Place 16 slices around the outer circle of a pizza pan, then fill in with remaining dough. Pat dough together to make one big cookie with fluted edges. The flutes will be a guide to cutting pizza when done. Bake for 12 minutes @ 350. Next cream together 1 4oz cream cheese, 1 4oz cool whip and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Spread this over baked and cooled cookie. Next fruit toppings: strawberry halves, kiwi slices, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, grape halves, blueberries, peach slices, nectarine slices, cherry halves, blackberries, raspberries, banana slice. Place in decorative way - load it up - the more the better! Now make glaze by Mixing 1 1/2 tbls cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar together in a sauce pan, add 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 tbls water, mix well. On medium heat, stir constantly until slightly thick and clear. COOL this and pour over fruit, using a pastry brush to spread over all fruit. Refrigerate and eat immediately. Crust will get soggy if you have any leftovers. But it is still GOOD.
