First Layer:
1 cup flour 1 stick butter
1/2 cup nuts
Second Layer:
1 8oz cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
Third Layer:
2 boxes instant pudding (your choice of flavors)
3 cups milk
Fourth Layer:
Cool whip chopped nuts

Directions:
Mix butter, flour and nuts together and press into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake 15 minutes @ 350º. Blend cream cheese sugar and cool whip together and spread over cooled 1st layer. Mix milk and pudding together and pour carefully over 2nd layer. Then refrigerate to let pudding set. Spread Cool whip over 3rd layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
You can use any flavor for 3rd layer: vanilla, banana and add bananas, even a cold pumpkin pie recipe is great in this layer.
