1 large egg, fork-beaten
1/2 lb lean ground pork
6 oz uncooked shrimp (peeled and deveined), coarsely chopped
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup seasoned salt
Chili paste (Sambal celek)

12 Wooden cocktail skewers
1/2 Plain Yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into twelve 2 inch diameter patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with chili paste. Broil for about 3 minutes until browned an d internal temperature reaches 160º. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Insert cocktail skewers and place on serving plate. Serve with yogurt. Makes 12
