3/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup canned white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp basil pesto
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Cut two 3 1/2 inch diameter circles from heavy paper. Shape into cones and tape or staple securely. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Trace two 3 1/2 diameter circles, about 3 inches apart. Turn paper over. Combine cheese and peper and spread about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture over each circle. Bake in a 350º oven for about 5 minutes until melted and golden. Let stand for 1 minute. Transfer cheese round to a plate. Immediately place 1 paper cone on cheese and roll around cone. Repeat with second cheese round and cone. Let stand until cool. Wipe parchment paper to remove any crumbs. Repeat.

In a blender/food processor, process remaining 4 ingredients until smooth. Spoon ito a small freezer bag with a small piece snipped off 1 corner. Pipe into cones. Serve immediately. Makes about 10
