1 gallon green tomatoes
2 cups green hot chili peppers
1 1/2 cups bell pepper
2 cups chopped onion
3 cups vinegar
2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cups white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes in 1/8's. Chop peppers and onion. (cut chili peppers with scissors to keep from burning hands) Add all ingredients to a large pot, bring to a boil. After heating good, but do not boil. Seal in mason jars.
