1-2/3 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 c. oil
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2-1/2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Then add oil, eggs, nuts, bananas and water (all of the water may not be needed. As little as 1/4 c. can be used for good results.). Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 min. in a greased, floured loaf pan. When it is done it will slide easily out of the pan.

Set pan on a wet towel while cooling and the bread comes out beautifully!
