Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(Drain and rinse contents of all cans very well)
1 - 15 oz. can black beans
1 - 15 oz. can black eyed peas
1 - 15 oz. can red kidney beans
1 - 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
2 - 15 oz. cans shoe peg corn
1 - 28 oz. can diced tomatoes (I use Italian seasoned)

Chop:
1 - 15 oz. black olives
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 c. fresh Italian parsley
1 bunch of green onions

Blend together:
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)
1 - 8 oz. bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all beans and veggies together, then whisk together the Ranch mix and the Italian dressing. And pour that mixture over the beans and veggies,
and lightly stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. It actually is better if you let it set overnight.

Makes a large amount and is served with Tortilla Scoops chips.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Karen says: "I make this often for guests at the Lake House. Goes great with margaritas! I use the leftovers in quesadillas."
Editor's Note: Did you know? Kelley & Phil Weber spent their honeymoon at the Kessick's Lake House in Virginia. Karen Sue and Jack had it stocked with great food, drink, & even a few 'honeymoon surprises!' No Texas Caviar, though!
