Turkey Wings
Liquid Margarine
Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse wings and cut off tip leaving two sections. Boil wings for twenty minutes. Remove from water and allow to drain. Bake at 400º until OR deep fry until cooked throughout. Combine margarine and hot sauce to your taste, shake wings in mixture until well coated.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Using liquid margarine (rather than regular butter or margarine) mixes much better with the hot sauce and does not separate after mixing.

If you have a hard time finding this particular hot sauce try looking in Walmart or use your own favorite kind.
