Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Bottom layer:
1 - Cup Flour
1/2 - Cup Butter
1/2 - Cup chopped nuts, any kind

Combine with a pastry cutter or a fork then press evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Second Layer:
1 - 8oz. package of Cream Cheese softened
1 - Cup of powdered sugar
Beat together
FOLD in 1 Cup of Cool Whip
Spread over cooled crust. Make sure to spread gently as the bottom layer picks up easily!

Third Layer:
1- Large box of instant Chocolate Pudding mix
3 - Cups milk
Combine and pour over second layer

Top Layer:
Cool Whip and Chopped Nuts if desired
