1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups of mushrooms
Flour to sprinkle
1 can minced clams
1 3-4oz bottle of clam juice
seasonings: garlic, oregano, bay leaf, basil, black pepper
Parmesian cheese
Corn starch
1/4-1/2 pint of half and half
Linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are transparent (or clear). Put onions and mushrooms in large pot and sprinkle flour on onions and mushrooms absorbing the butter. Add minced clams, clam juice, seasonings. Add parmesian cheese. Simmer 1 hour, thicken with corn starch or flour. Just before serving, add half and half. Serve over linguine.
