wine glass of water
2 wine glasses of oil
1 glass of wine
1/2 pkg yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 lb flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, add water, wine, oil, then yeast that has been dissolved in warm water. Let raise 45 minutes-1 hour. Take tablespoon of dough and roll of fork like a cavatelle into hot oil, deep fry. Drain and cool. Then drop into warmed honey till well coated. Drain and cool again.
