1 Large Can (29oz.) of Pumpkin
1 Large Can (15oz) evaporated milk
1 c. of sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box of yellow cake mix
1c. chopped pecans
2 sticks of butter (melted & cooled)
Line 9X13 pan with wax paper

ICING:
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese(softened)
3/4 c. cool whip (or you could use the whole bowl)
1/2 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together and pour into lined pan. Pour 1 box of yellow cake mix (dry) over pumpkin mixture evenly; then put nuts on top of dry cake mixture. Spoon melted butter over nuts evenly. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes. Turn cake out onto seving plate, peel wax paper off slowly and let cool before icing.

ICING:
Cream softened cream cheese add powdered sugar. Then slowly add cool whip and spread on pumkin crunch. Refrigerate)
