1/2 c. sugar, 1 pt. milk, 1 pt. whipping cream, 6 eggs, 1 pt. whisky, 1 c. rum

Directions:
Directions:
1. Separate yolks from whites 2. Beat whites until almost stiff and add most of sugar 3. Beat yolks until pale yellow and add remaining sugar 4. Add yolks to whites and continue to slowly beat 5. Slowly add rum, milk, whipping creme and whisky. 6. Nutmeg for spice
