1 C walnuts
3 C mixed nuts
2 C sugar
1 C light corn syrup
1/2 C water
1 C butter
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In tall saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Bring to a boil, then add butter. In a plastic bag shake nuts and baking soda together. Once syrup has reached 300º on a candy thermometer add the nuts all at once. Stir then pour onto large ungreased cookie sheet. Allow to cool, once cool break into pieces.
