2 cups flour
1 Tbls. baking powder
1 Tbls. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; stir to blend. Add cream; stir until ingredients are moistened. Turn onto a floured board and knead 8 to 10 times. Pat dough out between 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 2 inch circles. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Prick tops with a fork. Bake in a 425º oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
