1 pound linguini
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 stalk of celery chopped small
1 bottle clam juice
1/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
3 cans minced,chopped or 2 cans baby clams
baby clams are the best
oregano,basil ,parsley, salt and papper

Directions:
Directions:
Gently saute garlic and celery in olive oil. Add bottled clam juice and juice from all of the cans of clams. Add wine or chicken broth and italian herbs parsley,salt and pepper. Simmer low for at least ten minutes Add clams and heat through right before serving. Serve over hot cooked linguini pasta.
