2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 shallots, finely diced
1/4 c. sundried tomatoes
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
bow tie pasta
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil. When hot, add chicken. Saute until cooked through. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes until done. Add shallots and sundried tomatoes. When shallots are cooked, add white wine to deglaze pan. Cook about 5 minutes longer. Reduce heat, add heavy cream and cook about 8 minutes more. Prepare pasta according to package directions, a la dente. Serve chicken and shrimp over pasta.
