Ingredients:  
Boil or grill Chicken then chop into small pieces, removing all fat.
For boiled chicken using a pressure cooker:
Place 3 to 5 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts in a pan. Add cold water until 1/2 full. Lock lid and set to steamer option. Place on stove on high heat. Once steaming lower heat to medium. continue cooking for 10 minutes. Remove from burner and allow to cool for 10 to 30 minutes. Carefully remove lid.
Fro grilled chicken: Partially thaw chicken breasts in microwave. Set grill to medium high. In a small bowl add 2-3 T. olive oil and generously season with salt an pepper. Brush olive oil mixture over chicken just before placing on grill. Cook 6-9 minutes on each side or until done.

Add to chicken (to taste) and combine well.

Almonds, sliced
Scallions
Light mayonnaise (Hellmann's is best)
Salt and pepper
Serve chilled. On bread or bun which ever you like. Will keep in Refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
